• Fully refundable until connection instructions are sent out, typically the Friday before the course begins.

• No refunds after instructions have been distributed.

In-Person Workshops and Conferences (excluding the Annual Conference)

• Fully refundable up to 1 week before the event.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
